Commercial barbeque grills are designed for heavy, everyday use. These are commonly found in smoke houses and other restaurants. They can be found in both charcoal and gas operated varieties.

Commercial barbeque grills are generally much larger than anything that can be found for the backyard. Many of these grills have over 10 square feet of grilling space, and some have even more. Furthermore, with multiple burners, these grills are often capable of generating nearly 150,000 BTU’s of heat.

Most commercial barbeque grills are made from much thicker metal sheets than your standard backyard barbeque. The firebox is usually further reinforced with heavy-duty steel plating. All of this is designed to withstand the extreme heat generated by these grills.
