How I know if I cook the meat long enough on the grill?
You can purchase a food thermometer and look up appropriate cooking temperatures for each meat. Most grill masters judged by the appearance of the meat or the juices. Red meat should be cooked until it is just pink on the inside. Chicken should be completely cooked through and the juices should run clear.
